Our guests will make a short step back into a time when life was simplier and the sounds of the prairie were more relavent. Birds making a lot of banter could mean visitors were crossing the prairie in your area, or perhaps wild game was coming close. But Saturday, there will be a gathering of kindred souls and like minds here especially to show what life was truely like without electric power lines, plumbing or even much public transportation. It was the time of the formation of the I $ M Canal and the local towns were just getting started.

Many visitors stopped by and visited with our re-enactors, our gift shop and sampled our hot dogs, bratworst and our Buffalo Burgers. We are glad you came. Come again.
